Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom is great for kids, with three twin beds, decorated nautical with a boat bed. Both upstairs bedrooms have mini-split AC.
$3690 regular pricing.....$4090 all holidays, lobster mini week is $4290/wk. $35 booking fee, $200 cleaning and 12.5% taxes. $500 refundable damage deposit.

“We rented this home in early August 2014 and it exceeded our expectations. The home is beautifully decorated with upgrades throughout. The layout is perfect! There was 9 of us..4 adults and 5 children. The kids had their own space upstairs and the adults bedrooms downstairs. There is a very open floor plan for the living room, dining area and kitchen with glass across the back of the house with a view of the pool. The canal access was great to pull up to, unload gear with a separate garage area for storage. There is an outside shower that worked great to rinse off before going inside.”

The pool and deck were great for lounging around and soaking up the atmosphere! The house was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, there were hairdryers in each bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. The location had easy access to shopping, walking and restaurants. We loved being right on the waterfront. We would definitely rent again.”
